We are seeking a versatile UI/UX Designer & Developer who bridges the gap between design and high-performance frontend engineering. In this role, you will lead end-to-end user experience initiatives—from foundational UX research and design management to hands-on development using Reactive Programming paradigms, RxJS, and React Redux. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive digital interfaces and ensuring seamless, responsive web application performance. X Design & Management
Lead foundational User Experience (UX) design initiatives, including wireframing, prototyping, user journeys, and usability research.
Manage UX design workflows, establishing visual standards, component libraries, and design system governance.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and developers to translate complex functional requirements into user-centric interfaces.
Frontend Development & Reactive Architecture
Build, scale, and maintain modern single-page applications using React and Redux for state management.
Implement asynchronous data streams and complex event handling using RxJS and Reactive Programming principles.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, web accessibility (WCAG), and optimized frontend performance.
Integrate UI components with backend RESTful/GraphQL APIs and microservices.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5 to 10 years in UI/UX design, frontend development, or a combined design-engineering role.
Core Design: Strong expertise in foundational UX/UI design methodologies, wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch), and UX management.
Core Engineering: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, and Redux state management.
Reactive Paradigm: Hands-on expertise with RxJS, Observables, and Reactive Programming models.
Technical Integration: Experience consuming RESTful APIs, modern HTML5/CSS3/SASS, and modern build/bundling tools (Webpack, Vite).
Communication: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and design-to-development handover capabilities.
