Job Description

NewOpp LLC is seeking a 1099 Independent Recruiter, allowing you to work independently from anywhere in the U.S. This role offers uncapped commission potential, with earnings over $100K possible. As a recruiter, you’ll source top talent for healthcare facilities, maintain candidate pipelines, and submit candidates for various positions. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for recruitment.

Expanded Core ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition: Actively hunt, pitch, and acquire new healthcare facilities and corporate accounts to build your own book of business.B2B Sales: Execute cold outreach, presentations, and negotiations to secure exclusive staffing contracts.Talent Sourcing: Proactively hunt, find, and attract high-quality healthcare professionals for your acquired clients.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates to fill open job orders quickly.

Requirements

Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or agency business development.Recruiting Experience: Minimum of 5+ year of professional recruiting experience.Core Skillsets:Exceptional sales skills with a hunter mindset.Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline and close new corporate clients.Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
